BIOLEA Astrikas Estate restaurant aims to create a culinary journey based on extra virgin olive oil. With respect to seasonality and carefully chosen fresh ingredients from local producers, unfolds a creative menu based on olive oil, sensory memories and authentic Cretan flavors. For this reason our restaurant aims only to present set menus paired with olive oil as an experience rather than a meal!
To experience our culinary olive oil journey you may book one of our chef’s pairing menus or join the tour A walk with the Owner & Chef’s Pairing Menu. Tables are limited and there is no option for A la Carte Menu except for some limited option in our Café. Our menus are flexible to dietary requirements and allergies as long as we know about them in advance.
All visitors are welcome to sit in our garden café to enjoy our specialty coffees, home-made beverages and cocktails & carefully selected local wines.
Olive oil produced with millstones and presses retains maximum nutritive benefits, and is distinguished by its mild, sweet taste.
