The chef’s table gastronomy experience is an exciting semi private gastronomical experience for true “foodies” who wish to learn about olive oil but also taste authentic Cretan flavors in an elevated olive oil pairing menu designed by our chef Michalis Papadakis.
The experience starts with a guided tour of our estate followed by a professional olive oil tasting by glass of 4 different awarded olive oils.
At dusk when our estate is closed to the public and is most magical, our guest will sit in our garden area and enjoy a 7 course menu paired with 4 different local varieties of wine. Ingridients are locally sources & seasonal and menu is flexible to dietary restrictions & allergies.
